Payment Terms
We are a private company and do not get any support from government or any agencies for the services we offer, therefore we charge our clients for the services we provide them individually.
Running a consulting firm, preparing documents for residence or work permits and application for visas requires time and involves a lot of professional legal work to be done on behalf of the client which sometimes might look simple for clients who does not see how much hard work and dedication our back office puts in each case. A lot of paper work and case by case processing is involved; government, notary, translators and other fees has to be covered.
We cover all expenses related with each individual client; and sometimes as mentioned above, some cases require lawyers’ input and our lawyers get paid for the job they offer to us, for this reason all our fees have to be prepaid in advance before starting to work on each client application.
We do not provide services free of charge and we do not start working on any client’s application without a pre-payment received.
Payment Methods
Payments are done via transfers in our local banks where we have physical presence or through international transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram.
Refund Policy
Since we offer a non-tangible, irrevocable services we do not provide refunds after payment has been received. Please make sure you carefully read our service description and terms and condition before making payment.
